We explore trends in home features by neighborhood and accross time using 12 years of Ames Housing Data– 4 years from a public data set, augmented by an additional 8 years of data from the City of Ames assessor. We explore trends in home size and age (and other interesting variables) by neighboorhoods identified by a clustering algorithm. We explore variation in sales behavior by year, and look for trends in individual home values accross time. We attempt to model home price using modern regression methods.
